Feminization on Extinct @ Modern Democratic Era

 Recent act of heinous crime and its increasing tendency towards criminal & evil act towards women had awaken society that had been accepted & represented from generation in the country that had become democratic in the 21^st Century. Ouch! It’s an awkward to interwoven present with the past though the fact had to accepted with due consideration. The country which had been democratized for the betterment and well-being of its citizen need to be reprimand. The values and norms from past towards modernization had to be evaluated. The society which had been educated with one-third of its population with vigorous knowledge and skill to lift motherland towards its milestone program need to be fully aware that history is our past that give us existence however, present need to be revitalized for the best outcomes of it. 

“If you educate a man you educate one individual, but if you educate a woman you educate a family. “

For instance, superstitious believe Chhaupadi which is practiced up to date during the mensuration are avail in our society from the very existence of the nation and its law aren’t nature. This practice came in act since time being though it was on loop instead of getting eradicated from its root. It took two and half decade to highlight problem by some Human Rights Group & activists even after the country was free from the laws of monarchy, unless the bureaucracy was numb to pass strict law against it.

Similarly, the rape on women is increasing compared to its population worldwide with delay in punishment for the culprit & harassment towards victim and its family. Based on Rape Statistics By Country 2020 by Population 2020, number of incidents per 100,000 in Nepal will be 210 people of its total population. 

Also, acid attack had become another heinous act of crime against women compare to male counterpart within the younger generation. According to survey between 1999 and 2013, a total of 3,512 people in Nepal were attacked with acids, and its increasing at present due to the lack of bold or delay on punishment. Though Govt. is still on trail to pass the law to avoid crime further.

I opine, modernization with law of democracy for basic woman rights had really lost its way far beyond. Basically, in the developing nation the law had just become the succumb bag for the orthodox & Conservative thinker. Anyhow, this isn’t representing myself against the government & if it does let’s provoke with interrogative statements. Does the Law of existence better then the previous law of monarchy? Where were those words of the leaders pitched during the People Revolt for the Modern Nation? Weren’t women participated in the formation of the law that represent modern constitution of the country? I opt answer lies within our legitimate & chosen leaders from the decade long revolution & within those women leader who represent whole nation without knowing the basic rights of their own & who don’t feel the pain of the each and every female suffering everyday due to the suppression, atrocities, crime and rape etc. 

Thus, let’s hope & pray for Speedy Recovery, Better Judgement ⚖ for the Victims & families who had suffered losing their loved & dear ones due to lack of social stigma, corruption & delay on formulating government policies.

Hey!!! guys don't you feel it! Almost after many years of busy & shit life, fake promises and little to do seems to be an opportunity to be free from everything in the beginning of the Outbreak of COVID19, the perfect combo which has submerge my instinct to the grave. How? Just consider the images of memories without revealing the lightning thunder which can stuck without sound. Neither opened the one that had been preserved so well considering it can let tears roll down missing those wonderful and beautiful, ups and down memoirs of antique life. Wow! suddenly its emerging same as the childhood promises which use to come from nowhere deep inside; I swear to God knowingly that HE is omnipresent. Though finding HIM or keeping promises are same as those promises made by laying on the death bed.

Yet, time taught us GOD is nature; it just created us to build our own mason within its limitation, not to destroy it. 

As its well quoted by William Shakespeare, “Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player, that struts and frets his hour upon the stage, and then is heard no more; it is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.” 

Let’s raise our hand and held head high and play the game of perfect fool. Stop comparing the superiority of being rich or poor. Our presence is essential unless I do have faith upon myself. Thus, I found defining myself instead of defying other let me dig better grave in the path securin’ chance of second life being alive.
